Then, I went to see Dr. Murray on a referral from family. He started with X-rays in motion so that he could see exactly where my problem areas were. He came up with a plan, added therapy for strengthening, adjustments, cranial work (amazing!), and I can honestly tell you that this has been the best decision for my health and pain management. My migraines have been better controlled, I have increased range of motion in my neck, and my hips feel better.
